General Conditions
7 Seas is a worldwide operating photo production service with the financial headquarters in Munich, Germany. All billings have to be made to the German address. Every single production is based upon an estimate to which the client has to consent to. Be it per mail, by fax or via a third party like another producer. A binding hotel reservation list counts as well as an approval. Unless otherwise agreed every production needs a down payment which is generally 70 or 80 % of the expected total amount. 7 Seas is an executive production service and not a financial production service. We don’t finance photo shoots. If the down payment hasn’t been made until the end of the production we charge an additional 15% as handling fee. And we reserve he right to hold back the merchandise of the client until the total payment including the 15% is being made. Not paying the down payment is regarded from our side as severe infringement upon our rules.
